Report a user

If a user has violated our Terms of Service (harassment, illegal content, spam, scams, etc.):

In the app, open their profile or chat → tap the ⋯ menu → Report.
Or email us with the offender's profile name, screenshots, and what happened. We investigate every report within 24 hours for serious violations.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Hmong Date → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Hmong Date → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Or use the web form: Delete My Account.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

Someone is impersonating me / stole my photos.

Email support@hmongdate.com with proof (a photo of yourself holding today's date, and the profile URL or screenshot). We take impersonation seriously and typically remove the offending account within 24 hours.

I got charged but don't have Unlimited.

First try Settings → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases in the app. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple/Google receipt.
